Serengeti Watch is building a strong coalition of support, advocacy, and funding for the Serengeti ecosystem, for the people living around it, as well as adjacent reserves and protected areas. Rainforest Rescue is glad to be part of this movement and we will do everything we can to defend the Serengeti.

Serengeti Watch is building a strong coalition of support, advocacy, and funding for the Serengeti ecosystem, for the people living around it, as well as adjacent reserves and protected areas.

On 6th June 2010 the STOP THE SERENGETI HIGHWAY facebook's page was born and a few months later the SERENGETI WATCH org was initiated.

The campaign to stop the Serengeti highway has made its point clear – the Serengeti can only survive if the global community steps in right now. The Serengeti needs a permanent broad-based coalition of support for the future.  Rainforest Rescue is glad to have joined the coalition and to have supported the struggle with protest actions in German and Spanish and has collected thousands of signatures worldwide in defense of the Serengeti.

If we can't save the Serengeti, then what can we save! Share this video, spread the word, and join SERENGETI WATCH
